Tour Sweepstakes - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS MARCH 1, 2010 AND ENDS ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2010. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY BOX BY SEPTEMBER 3, 2010.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Deposit your business card (or print your name, winery’s name, address and telephone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and deposit completed entry) in the Official Tour Sweepstakes Entry Box located at the Cork Supply™, Tonnellerie Ô^® and VinOak^® reception desk located at 531 Stone Road, Benicia, California 94510 during regular business hours. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2010. If you completed a registered tour of the Cork Supply™, Tonnellerie Ô^® and VinOak^® facilities between January 1, 2010 and February 28, 2010 (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: one (1) entry per person. All entries are the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about September 17, 2010 by a representative of Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone (no messages will be left).
3. PRIZE AND ODDS: The Prize (one (1) total) is a MINI^® Cooper passenger car. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $25,000. All Prize details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for collection of Prize at 531 Stone Road, Benicia, California 94510 (or such other location as Sponsor may determine). Winner is responsible for all freight and transport, sales tax, registration, license, title and insurance fees associated with Prize. Winner must have valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of Prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of Prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for Prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. All taxes and fees are the responsibility SOLELY of winner.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to individual legal residents of the United States who are legal employees of wineries located in the United States, who complete a registered tour (as determined by Sponsor) of the Cork Supply™, Tonnellerie Ô^® and VinOak^® facilities located at 531 Stone Road, Benicia, California 94510 between January 1, 2010 and September 3, 2010 and who are age 21 or older at time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.
5. VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release(s) is/are not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if three (3) attempts to contact winner live by telephone are unsuccessful (no messages will be left). Winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, damaged, postage due, stolen, incorrect, misdirected or misplaced entries, mail or communications. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judge and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting Prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of Prize or participation in any Prize-related activity.
